Films Division, Ministry of Info & Broadcasting Recruitment 2011 for Jr. Hindi Translator

India (DLN): Films Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting seeks to recruit personnel to the posts of Jr. Hindi Translator. Pay scale is Rs.9300 – 34800 + GP Rs.4200. There are 11 vacancies at various offices of Films Division by deputation.

Central govt. Officers can apply.

Eligibility: Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR

posts in the pay scale of Rs.4000-100-6000 (Pre-revised), revised Rs.5200-20200 in the pay band 1 with GP Rs.1900 or equivalent with 13 years regular service in the grade  OR

Posts in the pay scale of Rs.3050-75-3950-80-4590 (pre-revised), revised Rs.5200-20200 in the pay band 1 with GP Rs.1900 or equivalent with 13 years regular services in the grade.

Essential educational qualifications are:

Master degree in Hindi/Eng with Eng/Hindi as a compulsory and elective subjects or as medium of exam at degree level or bachelor's degree with Hindi and Eng as compulsory / elective subjects or either of the two as medium of exam and the other as compulsory / elective sub plus a recognized Diploma / certificate course in translation from Hindi to Eng and vice versa in the Central/State govt/ govt of India undertakings.
