India (DLN): Applications are invited for grant of Short Service Commission in Army Dental Corps. Total 32 vacancies are available.
Candidates must be BDS with 55% marks in final year OR MDS. They should have completed 1 year rotatory Internship recognized by Dental Council of India by 15 Oct 2011. They should have Permanent Dental Registration Certificates valid minimum upto 31 Dec 2011 at the time of interview. Upper age limit is 45 years as on 31 Dec 2011. Candidates should be medically fit in all respects for service in the Armed Forces.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview first on the basis of their Final BDS marks and attempts taken in Final BDS. All the eligible candidates with MDS degrees recognized by DCI will be called for interview. No shortlisting in their case.
All provisionally qualified candidates in the interviews will be brought before a Medical Board for Medical Fitness.
