Delhi (DLN): Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) invites applications for recruitment 2011 for the post of Secretary, Dy. Director (Personnel), Private Secretary, Steno-cum-Computer Operator, Cashier, Clerk-cum-Computer operator.

1. Secretary: 1 Post. Pay Band - 4 Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.10000. Qualification required is Graduation. Eligibility: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR 2 years regular service in the pay scale Rs.16400-20000(pre-revised) OR 3 years regular service in the pay scale Rs.14300-18300 (pre-revised) OR 20 years of regular service in Central/State Govt/ UT Civil Service out of which at least 10 years in the pay scale of Rs.12000-16500 (pre-revised).
2. Dy. Director (Personnel): 1 Post. Pay Band - 3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600 Group-A. Qualification required is Graduation degree. Eligibility: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR 3 years regular service in the pay scale Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) OR 5 years regular service in pay scale Rs.7500-12000 (pre-revised) OR 8 years regular service in pay scale Rs.6500-10500 (pre-revised).
3. Private Secretary: 1 Post. PB -2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4800 Group-B. Qualification required is Graduation degree. Candidates should be well versed in computerised word processing. They should be proficient in short hand (English) (100 w.p.m.) & typing (English) (40 w.p.m). Eligibility: Holding analogous post on regular basis in Central/State Govt. OR 2 years regular service in pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 (pre-revised) OR 6 yrs. Regular service in the pay scale of Rs.5000-8000 (pre-revised).
4. Steno-cum-Computer Operator: 1 Post. Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200 Group-C. Qualification required is Graduation degree. Proficiency in typing English (40 wpm), Shorthand English (80 wpm), computing (8000 kdph). Applicants should have Diploma/Certificate in computing.
5. Cashier: 1 Post. Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2800 Group C (On deputation/ direct mode only). Qualification required is B.Com. Eligibility: Holding analogous post on regular basis in Central/State/U.T. Govt. or Officials working in pay scale Rs.4000-6000 (pre-revised) + 4 years regular service or in the pay scale Rs.3050-4590 (pre-revised) with 8 yrs. regular service.
6. Clerk-cum-Computer Operator: 1 Post. Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400 Group-C. Qualification required is Graduation. Proficiency in typing (30 wpm) in English, Computing (6000 kdph). Applicants should have Diploma in computing/ certificate in computing.
