India (DLN): BHEL invites applications for recruitment 2011 of Assistant Officer (HR) Grade-II. There are total 150 vacancies.

Qualification required is Full time regular BBA/BBM/Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with Personnel Management /IR/HR/Labor Welfare as one of the major subjects. Minimum marks required are 65 % marks (60 % for SC/ST candidates). For Assistant Officer (HR) recruitment 2011, maximum age limit is 30 years.

BHEL online application is available now from 1st August, 2011. Last date for receipt of applications is 20^th Aug 2011.

Last date of receipt of Ack. Slips at BHEL, BAP Ranipet is 24th August, 2011. Candidates will be selected through Personal Interview.

Candidates will be called for the interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies as per merit of percentage of all years in minimum required qualification.

Before online submission of BHEL form, candidates should have paid the fees as Journal No. would be required to be filled in online application form.

Application fee is Rs.300. No fee for SC/ST and Physically challenged candidates. Fee can be submitted through SBI Challan.
